Shipping/Ordering Info
All in stock items will be shipped between 24 and 48 hours from the time of purchase and followed by a shipping confirmation email. Any order placed after business hours, on weekends, and/or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please provide a physical residential or business address where the packages may be sent. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO. Also, notice that all ground shipments are limited to the lower 48 states within the contiguous United States of America. (Sorry, no Alaska or Hawaii). Alaska and Hawaii customers may experience increased shipping costs due to extended transit time or air service. If you live in an area that fails to meet any or all of these prerequisites, please call our customer service line: 1-920-435-1848. We will be happy to facilitate another means of shipment, however customers may incur additional costs in these cases.
Depending on the geographic location and level of service selected, shipments may take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for delivery after the email confirmation. Notice: the day your merchandise is shipped does not count as a day in transit.
